Free Workshop!!! Join Chetina Hunter, LMFT creator of Always Live Lovely for a journal discussion via Zoom. This workshop takes place every other Sunday at 10am PST (CALI TIME). We discuss a new topic each week. This workshop will be a space for us to come together, process, discuss, and support each other. Please have a journal or paper, writing utensils, and open heart ready. You can sign up using the form below to receive the link via email. Sign up closes the Friday before at midnight! This is meant to be a safe space, so anyone disruptive will be asked to exit. Let’s spread healing and positivity

Always Live Lovely, will be starting a new series called, Breaking Barriers: A Mental Health Conversation.
We are so very excited for what is in store and the positive impact this can have on the community.
A variety of topics will be discussed with various guests. This is not an interview vibe, we are not hitting you with all the facts, but more of a dialogue to gain some information and feel more comfortable to talk to the people around you about these topics. We also hope it encourages people to seek help if needed.
A new episode will be dropped each month!!! So be on the lookout, as it will be available on all of the #alwayslivelovely platforms. Subscribe, follow, sign up, and tell a friend.
